Antonina shevchenko won her debut professional MMA fight in 2002 with Anara bayanova, who was fighting at the KFK Cup in Kyrgystan. She was victorious in the second round by TKO and won her next 2-fights at WXF: X-Impact World Championships 2003, accumulating a record of three-three. Shevchenko stopped fighting to concentrate on kickboxing. Shevchenko returned against Anissahaddaoui in Phoenix FC 3. Shevchenko won against Anissa in a unanimously-decided match, and then she defeated Valerie Domergue in Phoenix FC 4. She left the promotion in 2018 and joined Dana White's Contender Series in 2018. Shevchenko took on Jaimelene Nievera on Dana White Tuesday Night Contender Series 11. Antonina used superior striking in order to TKO Nievera by knees to her body in the fight. Antonina accepted an UFC deal following her win. Antonina Shychenko debuted in the UFC in the TUF Heavy Hitters finals against Ji Yeon Kim. Shevchenko defeated Roxanne Modafferi via split decision fight following her first fight by an unanimous decision. Antonina bounced right back after the defeat and beat Lucie Puddilova in UFC on ESPN Covington-Lawler by rear-naked submission in the second round. The bout earned Antonina the prize of Fight of The Night. Shevchenko was 1-2 over the next three fights. She defeated Ariane Lipski but lost to Katlyn Chokagian and Andrea Lee. Antonina was recently knocked out by Casey O'Neill in UFC Fight Night Santos Walker.
