She worked previously for CBS Sports, Fox Sports. Kolber is from Pennsylvania who received her degree in graduate studies from The University of Miami. Kolber began her career as a coordinator of video for CBS Sports in New York City. She was awarded an award for a local Sports Emmy during her tenure at WTVJ-TV located in Miami. Other assignments included WPLG-TV Miami as well as WPEC-TV West Palm Beach. She joined ESPN in 1993, and was one of the first anchors of ESPN2 which was established. Her employment with ESPN2 was for three years. She then moved on to Fox Sports. In 1999 she was hired by ESPN to host "Monday Night Countdown.
