Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis in Missouri. She was a member of The Muny Opera. She graduated cum laude from The University of Missouri Columbia with a BA in Communications and theater. When she moved into Los Angeles she quickly got involved in acting for theater and choreographing for more than two dozen musicals and plays including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in LA's award winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly started landing TV as well as film roles, while she studied improvisation with The Groundlings. She also joined Theatre West. Kelly's distinct voice and diminutive dimensions have let her play a variety of roles. Her name was well-known to the general public for playing the role of the evil Samara along with Naomi Watts, in The Ring 2. But Kelly is more well-known for her bright and cheerful receptionist on Two and a Half Men. Kelly had a role as a regular Series on TV Land's The Exes in which she played the role of a party-hopper as well as a paralegal in the days. Alyssa Mio's smart sexpert little sister was Kelly's regular character in ABC Romantically Challenged. No Tomorrow on the CW included her in the role of a stressed-out suburban mum. She has lent her singing voice to a variety of animated shows, including Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. Recently, she was seen in the role of the charming but dimwitted Cloud 9 Employee on NBC's famous comedy Superstore. She's married to two young kids and has a peaceful home. She likes to write or sew as well as volunteer in the school.
